Returns & Exchanges
At Ardene, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of your purchase date both in-store and by mail. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Ardene account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items and your original packing slip inside a shipping bag or box, ensuring all original tags and protective hygiene strips are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
